As business guests, we appreciated the informative staff and the availability of tour information at reception. the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, aside from one incident of undercooked pancakes. the hotel grounds were well-maintained and comfortable. the suite we booked exceeded our expectations with a beautiful four poster bed and a cozy sitting area. Although located a short tuk tuk ride away from the river area and national museum, we found it pleasant to explore the surroundings, especially as it was peaceful at night. we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was large and nice styled on the photographs online, we had a good rest. Particularly good and lovely location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed...

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is great, situated on a nice quiet street with lots of friendly people around. The entrance is very close to a restaurant, which was very convenient for us. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were also top-notch, with excellent air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, dressing area. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, a television, and an alarm clock. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were very enjoyable, especially the delicious breakfast served there.
The management here was a big letdown in terms of their services. However, we highly recommend this hotel for families due to its pleasant atmosphere and excellent facilities.

Loved the vintage vibes of the uniquely tiled floors and hardwood furnishings. The outdoor pool and the in-house restaurant were great additions. The complimentary Wi-Fi and concierge services were a nice touch.
Oh, just enjoyed every single second of my stay, nothing to complain about!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Phnom Penh and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I definitely got my money's worth. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were very attentive and provided great service. They were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Another positive aspect was the location of the hotel. It was situated in a nice quiet street, but still close to restaurants and shops. Lastly, I loved the rooms. They were spacious and had a more modern decoration. The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

Good breakfast and comfortable bedding. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. On-site fishpond offered a nice view of the surroundings.
During check-in, there was an issue with the room which resulted in us being placed in a different hotel for the first night. the replacement hotel was not up to our standards and did not make for a pleasant experience.

The room design is pretty and tidy, also the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered is quite good and there are stores nearby where you can buy groceries. the hotel has a nice pool where you can relax after a hot day of sightseeing.
There is a lot of noise from construction work that makes it difficult to rest during the day, and the location is not the best, with a slightly creepy appearance at night.
